How To Begin Your Individual Education Plan

I am in the process of asking a couple of wonderful school IEP Coordinators to write an article for me on "How to Begin Your Individual Education Plan" and all the steps involved. In the meantime, your knowledge and experience here would be most appreciated. I would especially love to hear your questions, so that the article could respond in kind.  Thanks!

P.S. I know my daughter's IEP had to begin with a "Full Psycho Educational Analysis" that I paid for on my own--although I believe the school can administer one -- and that it was her 'Comorbids that qualified her--not her Tourette Syndrome.
